To be eligible for the Subclass 407 visa, you must:

  • Have a sponsorship from an approved sponsor.
  • You must meet Australia's health and character requirements. 

Types of Training:

The Subclass 407 visa covers 3 main types of training:

Workplace-Based Training:

This type of training is required to obtain registration, membership, or licensing in Australia.

  1. Skill Enhancement Training: This training is designed to enhance your skills in your current occupation or profession.

Application Process:

The application process for the Subclass 407 visa involves the following steps:

  1. Find a Sponsor:Identify an Australian business or government agency willing to sponsor you. 
  2. Prepare Documentation: required documents, including your passport, police clearance certificate, health check results, and training details.
  3. Apply: Submit your application online through the Department of Home Affairs website.
